sometimes
the frailty of this vessel
        is a frustration

how to do this work
bring you the message of the Infinite
invite you to the river of Gratitude
shower you with light and love of the Vast Mystery

when the body stops me

such a wonder of tissues
        web of arteries
                connections wide and mysterious within
brain to organs to blood to muscles
interdependent
                            alive
                                                joined

just like here

just like soul-family

I nurture her
                        or so I think

good food
                            water
                                                movement
Beauty
                            music
                                                love

and still she shows her limits
        migraines to my thoughts
                like sunflares to the interwebs

disturbance

        a call to rest
                a loud reminder
        that she must be respected

even in
                especially in

moments of her weakness

Thank you both, Meredith and Jeanne!

Truth be told, the Beauty helped make the pain more tolerable, and the body’s weakness opened my eyes to Beauty with a new thirst. It’s the feeling of swimming in the river of Gratitude….

Hugs and butterflies, sisters!

SO beautiful, I so agree. (And I also hope you’re feeling better.)

Hi, Noel! Thank you for stopping in! And, yes, absolutely, I feel a lot better! There’s ongoing stuff, but mercifully it just means I need to watch my capacity, it usually doesn’t get in my way much.

Glad you like this little glimpse into the Infinite. Mwah!

Hugs and butterflies,
~T~
